JuriStaff is working with a New York City-area medical center on a search for a temporary paralegal with contracts and database management experience.

 

We are seeking a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience with database management, preparation of board minutes and resolutions as well as the
review of general corporate contracts. The temporary paralegal will be responsible for indexing documents, ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and relevant, and for the continuing implementation of a new database. Candidates must be organized and methodical, and must be able to learn quickly.

 

This is a full-time, temporary position which will be conducted onsite; a commitment of at least 3-4 months is required though the project may be extended for a longer duration.
